E-Tender: Student Transport (Pick & Drop) — Workers Welfare School, Sahiwal (2026–28)

Issuer: Workers Welfare School, Sahiwal (Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab). The school invites e-bids from financially sound, experienced and Income Tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities for school students for two academic years (2026–27 & 2027–28).

Essential conditions:

• Vehicles must be model 2015 or later (documentary proof required).
• One student per seat ratio will be observed.
• Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelopes (technical & financial separate).
• Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks on technical evaluation.
• Successful bidders must provide Performance Guarantee (CDR) equal to 5% of contract amount before issuance of work order.
• All rates must be inclusive of applicable government taxes.
