Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar. E-tenders are invited through the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) from contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and holding valid NTN/PNTN for FY 2025-26. All bidders must follow PPRA rules and the Punjab PPRA e-tendering procedures.
Submission requirements: Upload earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bahawalnagar and submit bids through the Punjab e-procurement system. Original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day, one hour before opening, otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive. Applications of work-charge employees required for supervision of schemes must also be provided where applicable. Bidders with fake/forged documents/CDR will be blacklisted.
Key dates and venue: Contractors may attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar (Near Pull Fordwah) on 2026-07-18 at 01:00 PM for bid retrieval; tender opening will follow on the same date at 02:00 PM. Registration and bid submission must be completed via the Punjab e-procurement website.
Note: Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA rule. In case the last submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered.
