NHA (Northern Area - Abbottabad) Re-invitation for e-Bids: Installation of Khoji Explosive Detectors on Hazara Motorway (08 Tunnels)

National Highway Authority (NHA) – Northern Area (Abbottabad) invites re-submission of e-bids for one special maintenance work: provision and installation of KHOJI explosive detectors on Hazara Motorway for 08 tunnels on the CPEC-HT section of E-35. Eligible bidders are Constructors registered with Income Tax Departments, listed as active taxpayers by FBR, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with specialization EE-02.

Procurement & submission details: Procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and addenda (if any) will be available for free download from NHA's e-bidding website from 2026-07-21. Prepared e-bids must be submitted through NHA's e-Bidding system. Technical e-bids must reach the specified address on or before 2026-07-31 by 11:30 Hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Hours.

Registration & compliance: Bidders should ensure EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately. Manual (hard copy) bids will be phased out in future procurements. Follow NHA website for updates, schedule, and addenda.
