The Project Director, PIU-IFRAP (Component-I) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction works under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), funded by the World Bank/IDA. Procurement will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).
Key dates and instructions:
- Pre-bid meeting: 24 July 2026 at IFRAP PIU office in Quetta (attendance also available virtually).
- Bid submission deadline: 13 August 2026, by 12:00 hours local time. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day.
- Bid validity: 91 days after bid opening.
- Bidding documents, detailed scope, and submission instructions are available from the PIU. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address below. Electronic bidding is not permitted.
