How to obtain bidding documents: From New Office Block, Main Adyala Road, near Army Public School, Fort Road, Rawalpindi between 03 July and 17 July 2026 (1000–1200 hrs) upon provision of a non-refundable Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 10,000 each (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in favour of HQ SSO Qasim Road, Rawalpindi.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted by 1000 hrs on 2026-07-20 at New Office Block, Main Adyala Road, near Army Public School, Fort Road, Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs.
Note: Earlier tender publications in English newspapers (Pakistan Observer dated 18 June 2026 and Daily Times Nationals dated 17 June 2026) are to be treated as cancelled.
