Issuer: Workers Welfare School Boys, Sahiwal (Punjab Workers Welfare Fund / Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab).

Purpose: E-tender for hiring transport services (20 vehicles) to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for the academic years 2026-27 & 2027-28.

Key requirements & conditions:

Bidding via Punjab e-Procurement portals and EPADS as specified. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on: http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website.
Procurement will be carried out through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in e-tendering.
Only e-bids will be accepted; manual bids are not allowed. The technical and financial proposals should follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as specified.
Vehicles offered must be model 2015 or later (documentary evidence to be attached).
One student per seat ratio to be observed.
Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favor of the Principal, Workers Welfare School, Sahiwal. Original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before the closing time of the e-bid submission.
Successful bidders must submit a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @ 5% of contract amount on award of contract.
Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per schedule below. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
