Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar invites e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms / Contractors (registered with PEC in relevant category/codes) through the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system for multiple civil and water supply works. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) and follow PPRA rules. All bidders must upload an earnest money instrument (CDR) of 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bahawalnagar on the same website before the opening date/time. Original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day, not later than one hour before opening.
