Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, is hiring on a contract basis for a Manager Digital & PR. Qualified, experienced professionals with a strong background in digital communications, public relations and media management are invited to apply.

| Minimum Qualification | 16 years of education — degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy or Social Media Management are advantageous. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public/media relations or related fields with progressively increasing responsibility. Proven experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), established media contacts across print, broadcast and digital platforms, experience planning communications around events/launches/activations, and crisis communications/reputation management are pluses. Candidates from private sector, corporate communications, digital media or entertainment are encouraged to apply. |
