Tender: Street Pavement, Street Lights & Green Belt Works at Amanwar, Buner (Provincial ADP 2025-26)

Office of the Assistant Director (Sr-HQ), Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), Buner invites sealed tenders through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) for three works under Provincial ADP No. 94/250164 (2025-26), Buner. Eligible contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department may submit single-stage, single-envelope e-bids as per the Centralized e-Procurement Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key instructions:

- Bid security is specified for each package (shown above) equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Original bid security instrument must be physically delivered to the office of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Buner before bid opening.

- Tender documents and solicitation details are available on the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website after publishing the NIT. Uploaded e-bid documents must be complete and a scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded in the EPADS system.

- Rates may be offered as percentage above, below or at par with the Engineer's Estimate. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Other standard terms and conditions (eligibility, technical documentary requirements, deduction of taxes, performance and additional securities, and disqualification clauses) apply as per NIT and KPPRA rules.
