Cantonment Board Wah Cantt gives public notice that property No. 1042-D (Survey No. 16) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt is recorded in the name of Muhammad Ijaz Beg son of Ishaq Beg. Muhammad Ijaz Beg appointed Ms. Samira Naz Mirza as his general attorney by document no. 0000031-2026-095 dated 2026-01-27. The attorney has applied to transfer the property's ownership rights by oral gift (Shariah) to Muhammad Yunus Mirza son of Nisar Ahmad.
Any person or institution with an objection must submit supporting evidence in original or by registered post to the office of Cantonment Board Wah Cantt within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise proceedings will be completed and no appeal will be accepted.
