Public Notice: Proposed Transfer of Rights for Plot 215-A, Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantt

The Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantt hereby notifies that, according to office records, Property No. 215-A (Survey No. 118, Schedule IX-A, BLA 1937) located in Gulistan Colony, Wah is recorded in the names of M/s Malik Arif Mahmood and Ghulam Mustafa. A document stamped 27-05-2025 is on file. Ghulam Mustafa (son of Sarwar Din), appointed as general attorney for the share, has applied to transfer the proprietary rights to his sons Malik Ghulam Murtaza and Ghulam Nahji (sons of Ghulam Mustafa).

Any person or institution having objections must submit them with supporting evidence by registered mail or present them at the Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantt within 15 days of this notice’s publication; otherwise the matter will proceed and objections will not be accepted later.
