Tender: Framework Contract for Beta-Thalassaemia HPLC Test Kits and Controls — PTGD Lahore

Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) Lahore invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract for supply of Beta Thalassaemia reader pack, 1,500 test kits for Haemoglobin HPLC based testing systems, and controls.

Bidding documents, lists of requirements and detailed terms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) will be applied.

Original bid security and other required originals (CDR, pay order, demand draft from scheduled bank) must be delivered to the office of the Director General, PTGD, Lahore before the opening time. Bidders must upload signed and authenticated PDF e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit original documents as required. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The Director General reserves the right to increase the quantity up to 15% as per PPRA rules and to accept or reject bids as per procurement regulations. Income tax and other statutory deductions will be made as per Government rules. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming the bidder/supplier is not blacklisted and that submitted particulars are correct is required.
