Issuing Authority: Deputy Inspector General of Police (Operations), Lahore. Invitation for e-bids (framework contract) for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and relevant Punjab electronic procurement regulations. Registered, financially sound firms with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax (where applicable) and Professional Tax registration may participate.
Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-Procurement/EPADS platform. Bids will be received until 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must upload technical and financial proposals as a single package on the e-procurement system as per the bidding document.
Bid Security & Guarantees: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in a sealed envelope as specified in the bidding document. Performance guarantee (1% to 5% of contract value as applicable) will be required under PPRA Rules and Chapter VII of the bidding documents.
Important Conditions: Procurement will be carried out electronically in accordance with the PPRA Rules and Punjab electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidders must download bidding documents from the PPRA/e-procurement portals before the closing date. Late bids will not be allowed. The DIG/Operations, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
