Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA rules via the e-procurement portal.
Bid security: Earnest money in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent, Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. Samples of quoted items must be provided at time of bid submission or within three (3) days as required.
Validity: Quoted rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. Other procurement conditions, submission instructions and evaluation criteria are in the bidding documents available on the e-procurement portal.
