Banking Court No.7 Karachi summons in Bank Alfalah recovery suit for Rs 1,710,501.79

Banking Court No.7, Karachi has issued a summons in a recovery suit filed by M/s Bank Alfalah under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, XLVI of 2001, seeking recovery of Rs.1,710,501.79 from the named defendant (identified as the wife of Bilal Khanani).
