Gujrat Waste Management Company (GWMC) invites e-bids through EPDAS from eligible, reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on EPDAS. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA where applicable) and PEC where required. Single-Stage Single-Envelope procurement will be used.

Submission of original CDR (bid security): 2026-07-25 at 11:00 AM

Submission of e-bids via EPDAS: 2026-07-25 at 10:00 AM

Opening of e-bids: 2026-07-25 at 11:30 AM

Eligibility & mandatory documents:

- Valid PEC licence in the relevant category (where applicable) attached with the bid.

- Valid Income Tax certificate and active status with FBR and PRA (as applicable) to be attached.

- Original bid security (CDR) as specified; bid security equals 5% of the estimated cost.

- Affidavit confirming the firm/bidder is not blacklisted by PPRA and not involved in disqualifying litigation.

Submission & procurement method: Bids must be submitted online via the EPDAS/EPADS portal as specified in the tender notice. GWMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules.
