MCI EOI: Digital LED Branding on Islamabad VIP Corridor (10 Locations)

Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) invites Expressions of Interest from reputable national and multinational companies for the operation and maintenance of Digital LED branding screens on 10 pedestrian bridges forming Islamabad's VIP Corridor (08 on Islamabad Expressway, 02 on Srinagar Highway) under a 3-year MoU. Each company may be allocated up to three screens; selected partners must bear installation, operation and maintenance costs. Routine display time of 50–70% may be used for the company's branding while remaining time is reserved for MCI and government agencies; no third-party leasing or resale of advertising time is permitted.

Eligibility requires valid registration and demonstrated financial and technical capability. EOIs must be submitted in hard copy before the deadline and shortlisted firms will present technically to the Evaluation Committee. Last date: 2026-07-16.
