Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Category C-3 or above) for the repair and maintenance of NCCIA Building No. 12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad.
Procurement will follow Single-Stage Single-Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must register and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-31 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid security and other terms are specified in the bidding documents on EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted.
