Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)-registered contractors for multiple construction and renovation works at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. Bidding will be conducted through CDA's e-procurement system (ePADS v2.0) under the Public Procurement Rules.
