Tender for Lab Chemicals, Reagents & Rapid Test Kits — DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal (FY 2026-27)

DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal invites electronic bids (e-bids) on FOR basis from firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers duly registered with income tax and sales tax authorities to supply the following items for FY 2026-27. Tender documents, detailed item specifications and terms are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement portals.

Key submission & bid conditions

- Tender documents available from date of publication until 2026-07-29 via PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Response time is calculated from the PPRA advertisement publication date.

- Bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement (PITB) ePSs. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted price must be submitted electronically as prescribed. No physical financial instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of bid opening.

- Submission deadline: Online e-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29.

- Opening: Bids will be opened online on 2026-07-29 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal.

- Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding under PPRA Rule 38(2). The procuring agency will not be responsible for failures caused by technical errors or e-submission problems.

- Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 (amended).
