The City Police Officer, Gujranwala invites e-procurement bids under Punjab Procurement Rules for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 (frameworks valid up to 2027-06-30). Sealed/online bids are invited from registered, financially sound firms experienced in supply of police stores and related services. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR) is required for framework contracts. Successful bidders must deposit 10% of total contract value as performance guarantee (CDR).
