CMU Invitation to Bid: Transit Transport Services for ITNs Mass Campaign (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund (AIDS, TB & Malaria) invites sealed bids for hiring transit/transportation services for Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Global Fund Malaria grant. Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two-Envelope) as per PPRA rules and the GFATM-approved CMU procurement manual. Eligible transport firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers; proof of registration and required documents must be submitted as specified.

Bidding documents will be available and may be requested via [email protected] from 2026-07-11 (documents downloadable from cmu.gov.pk). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids must include a refundable earnest money of PKR 500,000 and be submitted through the EPADS/PPRA e-procurement portal (https://eproc.gov.pk) and/or delivered to the office by registered courier or by hand. Submission deadline: 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
