Punjab Wildlife & Parks Dept. Tender — Framework Contract for Supply of Beef & Medicines to Safari Zoo Lahore

Issuing authority: Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department, Safari Zoo, Lahore. Tender Ref: Bid Ref No. 1270/WWD/SCL/ZLA/2026 (IPL-6328). Framework contract for the supply of beef and medicine items on package/lot-wise basis to Safari Zoo, Lahore. Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and registered with PPRA may bid.

Submission method and deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through e-PADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Deadline for submission is 2026-07-09 at 01:00 PM PKT. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated value must accompany the bid in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Bids must be uploaded with required documents; bidding documents and detailed procedures can be downloaded from the PPRA/PPRA Punjab procurement portal.

Validity and evaluation: Bids will be evaluated under single-stage two-envelope procedures where applicable. Bid validity period and other terms apply as per PPRA Rules and the tender document. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per applicable rules.
