The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category, Project Codes CE-10) for the year 2025-26. Electronic bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available at eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online as instructed in the bidding documents. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid validity: 120 days.

Key instructions:
- Bids must be submitted online through eprocure.gov.pk (e-Procurement portal) as per the bidding documents.
- Bid security must be provided in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copy of the bid security shall be uploaded with the online bid and the original shall be provided as required in the bidding documents.
- Deadline for online submission: 2026-07-10 by 11:30 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs using EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
