Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consulting firms to provide consultancy services for development of the PRCS Health & WASH Strategy (2026-2030). The consultancy should produce a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic strategy.
Scope includes (but is not limited to): situational analysis; institutional capacity assessment; stakeholder consultations; emergency preparedness review; development of a strategic framework with implementation roadmap; design of a MEAL system; and high-level costing.
