The Balochistan Forest & Wildlife Department, in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA), invites international and national bids to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer a Carbon Offset Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR) Project across coastal Balochistan.
