Tender: Rehabilitation of Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes (ADP 136/220379) — Lakki Marwat

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites e-bids (E-PADS) for construction/rehabilitation works under ADP No. 136/220379 (2025-26) for water supply and sanitation schemes in Tehsils Lakki, Ghazni Khel and Naurang, District Lakki Marwat.

Bids will be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidding documents and instructions to bidders can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-25 at 11:00 AM at XEN Office, Lakki Marwat.

Eligibility & requirements: bidders must be registered/active on E-PADS, KPPRA, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) (active), and FBR (active). Contractors must submit 2% bid security (CDR) plus additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022. Bids more than 20% below estimated cost must be accompanied by detailed rate analysis for required additional security; non-compliance will render the bid non-responsive and lead to forfeiture of bid security. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-47 of KPPRA 2014. All other terms will follow KPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs and relevant laws.
