GIK Institute Tender for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Lab Equipment and Consumables — Closing 2026-07-10

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute). Tender No: GIKI/PDIFME/HEC/TDF-1134/26. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope.

GIK Institute invites sealed bids from manufacturers or their authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers with relevant experience. Bidders must be registered on PPRA e-PADS V2.0, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Bidding documents with specifications and terms are available for download from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or via PPRA e-PADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Documents may also be obtained from Room F-12, Admin Block, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi.

Submission and key deadlines:

Fees and bid security: A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as calculated in the e-PADS system, in the form of a Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order in favour of "GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology." Bidders should upload a scanned copy of the earnest money to PPRA e-PADS V2.0 and submit original instruments (tender fee & earnest money) to the institute office before the closing time.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Prospective bidders are advised to submit well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.

The GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender process at any stage in accordance with applicable PPRA rules. Reasons for rejection/cancellation will be communicated to bidders on request.
