Bank Alfalah Sealed Bids: Sale of Old & Used Assets (Generator Sets, Cash Sorting Machines)

Issuer: Bank Alfalah. The Bank invites sealed bids for the purchase of its old and used assets/items offered in various lots on a lump-sum lot basis on an "as is where is" basis. The prescribed Bid Submission Form contains details of locations and equipment.

Inspection: Assets/items may be inspected at the respective locations from 8 June to 12 June 2026 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Bid submission and security: Bids must be submitted on the form prescribed by the Bank, which is available free of cost. Bidders are required to submit a Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), or Banker's Cheque (BC) equivalent to 20% of the bid amount as Bid Security / Earnest Money along with the Bid Submission Form. The Bid Security / Earnest Money shall be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

Financial and legal conditions: Bid amounts must be quoted exclusive of any tax deductions. Advance tax shall be applied in accordance with applicable Government regulations, along with all other levies at prevailing rates. The assets/items are offered strictly on an "as is where is" basis; the Bank provides no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall have no liability regarding quality, condition, performance, or suitability of the assets/items.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and to cancel this invitation at any time.
