How to Apply

Contractors can participate in E-Tendering system. Register firm on website E-PADS/ https://eprocure.gov.pk and submit requisite information. After registration, eligible contractors can participate in E-Procurements. Bidding documents will be immediately available after uploading this notice on E-PADS PPRA website. Bidders must fill the amount against each item and indicate the total bid amount, then upload it by 2026-05-06 at 11:00 AM. The rates quoted by the contractor will be downloaded and announced on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of Commissioner Faisalabad Division Faisalabad. Interested bidders can obtain the published tender notice through E-PADS and upload their rates.

Notes

Conditional bids and bids not accompanied with earnest money @ 5% of estimated price in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order from any scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No. 1 Faisalabad as per PPRA Rule 27 are non-responsive. Original CDR / Pay Order etc. must be submitted to the undersigned up to the 11:00 AM closing date. All contractors participating in E-Tendering / E-PADS must submit their Original CDRs (earnest money) and Registered Power of Attorney with letterheads in the office of the undersigned, otherwise, the contractor will be disqualified. False information or fake CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order will lead to disqualification and strict legal action. The procuring agency may reject any bid or proposal at any time prior to acceptance, with grounds communicated upon request. The firm / contractor is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes. The lowest / successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee @5% of bid amount as per PPRA Rules 56 within 15 days after issuance of letter, failing which the tender will be canceled and earnest money forfeited. PPRA Rules and their circulars / clarifications are strictly applicable. The PPRA website URL is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View_Tender.aspx. Only bids quoted on DNIT / BOQ downloaded directly from the PPRA / E-Pads Portal will be considered. Each page of the bid must be duly signed and stamped.
