Pakistan Post (Central Punjab Circle, Lahore) — Pre-Qualification Tender for Construction, Renovation and Day-to-Day Maintenance

Pakistan Post, Postmaster General Central Punjab Circle, Lahore invites electronic pre-qualification applications from contractors for construction, renovation, repair and day-to-day maintenance of post offices, rest houses and other official buildings across the circle.

Submit electronic applications via EPADs-2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 2026-08-05 before 10:00; originals of qualifying documents must also be delivered to the office. Bid opening is scheduled for 2026-08-06 at 11:00. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026–27 and provide documentary proof of three years’ relevant work, technical staff qualifications, list of owned machinery, tax returns and litigation status (if any). Earnest money of Rs.50,000 (pay order in favour of Postmaster General Central Punjab Circle) and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.5,000 (original receipt) are required. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification under Rule-48 PPRA is available on EPADs-2.0.
