Tender: Framework Contract for Supply of Goods — District Health Authority Hafizabad (FY 2026-27)

District Health Authority, Hafizabad invites electronic bids for a framework contract for the purchase of various goods/items required for its offices/formations for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure; bidders must be registered with GST, Income Tax, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System and must bid for the entire quantity (partial bids will be rejected). Bidding documents and specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites.

Bid submission deadline is 2026-08-04 (submission up to 11:30 AM; opening at 12:00 PM). Bid security of 2% of the quoted price must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% performance guarantee (Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order) in the name of the Chief Executive Officer, DHA, Hafizabad before issuance of the supply order.
