CDA E-Bid: Development of Capital House, Sector F-5, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids for the EPC contract for the development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidding documents will be available on EPADS at www.procure.gov.pk from 2026-07-20.

Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) by 31-08-2026 (submission 11:00 AM; opening 11:30 AM). A refundable bid security of Rs. 33.00 million in the form of pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA must be uploaded as a scanned copy and the original provided before opening of technical bids. The procedure follows Rule 36(d) Two Stages Two Envelopes under the Public Procurement Rules; technical bid opening will be held at the office of Director P&CA-1, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
