PDMA Punjab Tender: Framework Contract for Tents and Relief Items (e-Procurement)

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites e-tenders for a framework contract for procurement of tents and relief items including single-fly tents, family tents, canvas cots, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets and portable toilets. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.

Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (bid opening 11:30 AM same day). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single-Stage Two-Envelopes); a 2% bid security (in the name of Director General PDMA) is required.
