NRTC Haripur Tender: Supply of 4-Channel Digital Oscilloscope (RTM 3004)

Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for procurement of the item listed below. Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur.

Important submission and eligibility details:

• Scanned copy of tender documents must be uploaded on EPADS. A hard copy of the sealed bidding document must be submitted to NRTC at the address below on the closing date and time.
• Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and the original bid security must be provided with the technical bid; otherwise the bid will be treated as cancelled.
• Price must be quoted both inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer or the bid will be treated as cancelled.
• Bid security: Rs. 50,000/- in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur.
• Warranty: Standard warranty (as per supplier terms).
• Bid validity: 90 days.

Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office up to 2026-06-19 till 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.

NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids at any time prior to acceptance.
