Submission & procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Scanned copy of tender documents and scanned bid security must be uploaded on EPADS/PPRA platform; hard copy of sealed bidding document and original bid security must be submitted to NRTC Haripur on the closing date and time. Price must show amounts inclusive and exclusive of taxes. Supplier must be an active taxpayer.
Bid security: PKR 50,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Scanned copy to be uploaded; original to accompany technical bid.
Warranty & validity: Standard warranty. Bid validity 90 days.
Deadline & opening: Bids must reach the office by 2026-06-19 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
