The Banking Court No. 7, Karachi has issued a summons at the instance of Bank Alfalah Limited under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance (XLVI of 2001) for recovery of Rs. 3,726,494 against the named defendant, Faisal Hussain, and other persons at Karachi addresses.
