Issuer: KP Distribution Company / Energy and Power Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire consultancy services for a comprehensive feasibility study and establishment of the Pakhtunkhwa Electric Power Distribution Company, covering all phases of power distribution, intra-provincial aspects, linkages and regulatory/licensing matters as per the Terms of Reference.
