Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Mathra, District Peshawar.
Sealed tenders are invited through the EPADS e-procurement system for multiple street pavement, sanitation and infrastructure improvement packages in rural areas of Tehsil Mathra, District Peshawar. Bids will be received on a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the relevant department for the current financial year. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package.

How to apply: Download bid solicitation documents and submit Technical and Financial Bids online via EPADS at www.eprocure.gop.pk. Financial proposals will be handled as per EPADS procedure. Call deposit / bank guarantee of 2% as bid security in favor of the Assistant Director, LGRD & Tehsil Mathra, Peshawar is required.
Key dates: Last date and time for electronic submission is 2026-06-22 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. Date/time for opening of financial bids will be communicated after technical evaluation.
Procurement will follow applicable KPPRA rules; the competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids.
