The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications for pre-qualification of Industries, Businesses and IT companies to participate in a Training & Job Placement Program. Only applicants pre-qualified through the EPADS v2.0 system will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.
