E-Tender: Fabrication of Sanitation Vehicles — TMA Samar Bagh (Closes 2026-06-25)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Samar Bagh. TMA Samar Bagh invites e-bids (EPADS) under single stage–two envelopes (technical and financial) KPPRA Rules 2014 for fabrication of sanitation vehicles. The chassis will be supplied by TMA.

Items and quantities:

Eligibility & mandatory requirements: Firms must have NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and the specialized fabrication PEC codes ME05 and ME06.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) can be downloaded from the EPADS website: kp.eprocure.gov.pk.

Submission instructions: E-bids (technical and financial) must be uploaded through EPADS. In addition, bidders must submit a physical hard copy of the technical bid (profile/brochure) to the office of TMO, TMA Samar Bagh before the deadline. Original bid security/additional security and bidding document fee (BSD fee Rs. 5,000/-) in the form of a call deposit receipt made in favor of the undersigned must be submitted physically to the undersigned's office via registered post/courier before the last date and time for bid submission.

Dates & opening: Last date/time for submission of technical/financial bids: 2026-06-25 at 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM by the bids evaluation/procurement committee in the office of TMA Samar Bagh in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Date and time for opening of financial bids will be announced after technical evaluation. Financial bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.

Other conditions: Bids will be evaluated as per the bid solicitation documents. Uploaded technical and financial bid contents must be readable. Incomplete or conditional bids, or bids with unattested cutting/overwriting/disfiguring, will be considered non-responsive. Bid security must comply with KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated Peshawar, 10/05/2022.
