TMA Hangu E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration Hangu (Tehsil Municipal Officer)

Purpose: Purchase/supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery to be delivered to TMA Hangu. Chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA.

Procurement method: E-bids invited under Single Stage - Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Registration and submission via EPADs.

Eligibility and required documents: Manufacturers/Fabricators/Suppliers/Firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and service facility (sale, service & spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply/bid: Interested bidders must be registered on EPADs (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration). E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADs on or before 2026-06-23 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids on EPADs will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Bid security: Original 2% of total bid price as CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Hangu" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date and time.

Other conditions: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with supply/delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
