Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dassu, Upper Kohistan. TMA Dassu invites e-bids for the supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement rules (KPPRA Rules 2014) using the single-stage two-envelope method (technical and financial).

Key conditions and submission instructions:
- Eligible bidders: Reputed and experienced manufacturers/fabricators (only) having NTN, GST, and service facility i.e., Sale, Service & Spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Registration and submission: Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/tt/supplier/registration. E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through E-PADS.
- Submission deadline: E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-25 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids on E-PADS will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
- Bid security: Original 2% bid security of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Dassu" shall be sealed in an envelope, marked accordingly, and must reach the address given in the notice before the closing date and time.
- Evaluation: Technical proposals will be evaluated as prescribed in the bid document. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened publicly; date/time/venue will be communicated after technical evaluation via E-PADS and the provided email address.
- Financial and delivery terms: All applicable taxes (Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules apply. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Purchase order issuance is subject to release of funds.
- Other conditions: Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
