Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Baffa Pakhal invites e-tenders (EPAD) for the supply/fabrication of solid waste management machinery. The work is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to strengthen solid waste services in TMA Baffa Pakhal. Interested, reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators or suppliers are encouraged to apply.
Key submission and eligibility details:
- Bidders registered on the KP e-Procurement (EPAD) portal are eligible to participate.
- Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPAD portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) as per Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure.
- Technical bids submitted on EPAD will be opened on the same day (time specified below).
- Each bid must be accompanied by bid security (2% CDR) in favour of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Baffa Pakhal (to be sealed and marked).
- Applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply as per government rules.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
