E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Munda (Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMA) Munda, Lower Dir invites e-tenders (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Funding is provided by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be reputable manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (sale, service & spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA.

How to apply & key conditions:

- Interested and eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS: https://kpp.procure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and apply under the single-stage two-envelope method (KPPRA Rules).

- E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-06-30 by 12:30 PM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM.

- Original two (2) bid securities equal to the total bid price in the shape of CDR in favor of "TMO TMA Munda" must be sealed in an envelope and delivered to the office before the closing date and time.

- All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office.

- Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders are subject to release of funds.

- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
