Eligibility & submission: Suppliers registered with Income Tax and General Sales Tax departments and reputable/eligible firms/suppliers/manufacturers may participate. Tender documents and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of "Head (LAO), Public Sector General Hospital, Islamabad" and submitted separately with the tender proposal before the closing date. Tenders received without the tender fee will not be accepted. This is a two-envelope bidding procedure.
Other conditions: The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
