Show-Cause Notice for Absence: Shahzad Ahmad (LTV Driver, Rescue 1122)

Director General, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) notifies Shahzad Ahmad (son of Syed Ghod Shah), 06-LTV Driver (BPS), that he has been continuously absent from duty since 01/03/2021 and has not responded to multiple inquiries and notices regarding his absence.

The notice records that he was summoned before an inquiry committee on 01/06/2021 (statement submitted 10/06/2021), summoned again on 30/09/2021, a show-cause notice was sent by registered post on 15/08/2022, and a personal notice was issued on 23/10/2023 without response. He is hereby required to report for duty and appear before the competent authority within 15 days of this publication, failing which legal action including unilateral termination may be taken.
