Construction of Peshawar – Torkham Expressway (PTEX) project, consisting of three lots: Lot-1 (Takht Baig to Shahgai): 0+00 to 14+300, Lot-2 (Shahgai to Sultan Kheil): 14+300 to 29+500, Lot-3 (Sultan Kheil to Torkham Border): 20+500+44+300.

Eligibility

Open to all Eligible Bidders, procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Single Stage – Two Envelopes as specified in the World Bank's 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers' dated July 2016, revised November 2017 ('Procurement Regulations').

The National Highway Authority (NHA) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Peshawar-Torkham Expressway (PTEX).
