Eligibility

Eligible Contractors/ Firms/ Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue (not applicable for Gilgit-Baltistan rental agencies/companies/firm/supplier / contractor).

How to Apply

Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 2026-05-19 at 1200 Hrs. Bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Further information can be obtained from the O/o GM/PD DBDP at the given address during office hours 0800 to 1600.

All e-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 12,583,000/- in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee, Call to Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of GM/PD DBDP (DAM PART) WAPDA before 2026-05-19 at 1200 Hrs. A scan copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, and the original must reach the office of GM/PD, DBDP Room No. 708, WAPDA House, Lahore before the due date. Bids without bid security or submitted after the deadline will be non-responsive. GRC notification (Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules-2004) is available on EPADS, PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), and WAPDA website (www.wapda.gov.pk). WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance of Bid Proposal.
