Method of Selection is Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) (80:20) following Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical Proposals will be opened in the office of GM (HRM) Room No.228 WAPDA House Lahore. The official RFP uploaded on the website shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
